Product Facts:
Vita - Min- Lac is a unique balance of natural ingredients and it is formulated to boost the immune system quickly. An animals best defense is a strong immune system. At the earliest sign of any infection or stress symptoms is when you want to boost the immune system.
Prevention/Maintenance:
Feed 2 to 4 ounces per week or bi-weekly, or feed 2 to 4 ounces twice per day for 2 or three days per month. Feed half the rate for animals with a lower weight.
Feeding Guidelines:
The following information is not intended for diagnosing or prescribing. This is valueable information influenced by successful results from satisfied customers.

Horses:
Foaling: Begin 7 seven days prior to foaling. Feed 1 ounce 2 times per day up to delivery if necessary. Resume up to 3-4 days post delivery
Colts-Fillys-Newborns: Feed 1/2 ounce orally 2 times per day for the first 3-5 days
Weight Loss-Poor Condition-Sluggish Appetite-Muscle Soreness-Fatigue: Feed 1 ounce 2 times per day for 7 days, skip 3 days. Continue 7 more days. Continue pattern if necessary
Shipping Fever-Strangles: Feed 2 ounces 2 times per day for 7 days. Skip 3 days then feed 1 ounce 2 times per day for 7 days, skip 3 days. Continue with 1 ounce 2 times per day for 7 days, if necessary
Colic: Feed 4 ounces orally then feed every 3 hours with 2 ounces
Show Stress-Transporting: Begin 2 to 3 days prior to to transportation. Feed 1 ounce 2 times per day. Increase to 3 times per day during transport and showing
Breeding: For Stallions, feed 1 ounce per day 2 weeks prior to use and throughout all breeding sessions. For Mares, begin a few days prior to cycle with 1 ounce 2 times per day 2 times per week, continue as necessary
EPM or West nile: 4 ounces 2 times per day for 3 days. 3 ounces 2 times per day for 3 days. 2 ounces per day for 3 days. 1 ounce per day for at least 10 days or more
Dairy Cows
Freshening Stress: Begin 7 to 10 days prior to freshening. Feed 1 oz 2 times per day up to delivery. Resume up to 3 - 4 days post delivery. Note: Feed 2 ounces 2 times per day for the first 3 to 5 days if swelling is excessive or if appetite is a concern.
Ketosis/Off Feed: Drench with 4 ounces or 4 filled capsules. Continue 2 milkings with 3 ounces. When minimum intake resumes, top dress 1 ounce 2 times per day for 2 to 3 days.
Infection-Fever-Dysentery: Feed or drench 4 ounces or 4 capsules. Continue next 3 milkings with 3 ounces. Follow with 2 ounces 2 times per day.
High Somatic Cell Count-Mild Mastitis-Flaky Milk: Feed 3 ounces 2 times per day for 4 days, followed with 2 ounces 2 times a day for 3 days. Skip 3 days then feed 1 ounce 2 times a day for 7 days, skip 3 days. Continue the 1 ounce 2 times per day/3 days off pattern for 2 more weeks. Note: Monitor Progress.
Prevention/Maintenance for Winter months: Feed 1/8 teaspoons daily
Calves:
Newborn: Blend 1/4 ounce with colostrum or milk replacer or give orally 2 times per day for the first 3 to 5 days. For sick calves, feed 1/2 to 1/4 ounce orally every 3 hours up to 5 times daily.
Weaning: Blend 1/4-1/2 ounce with milk replacer 2 times per day for 3 to 5 days.
Sow and Pigs:
Farrowing: Begin 7 days to 10 days prior to farrowing, feed 1 ounce 2 times per day up to delivery if necessary. Resume up to 3 to 4 days post delivery. Note: Feed 2 ounces 2 times per day if swelling is excessive or if appetite is a concern
Weaning: Begin 10 days prior to weaning. Feed sow 1 ounce per day until weaned
Scouring: Feed sow 2 ounces 2 times per day for 3 to 4 days. Continue through week with 1 ounce 2 times per day. Continue if necessary
Sheep:
Newborn: Feed 1/4 ounce 2 times per day if necessary
Mature Age: Feed 1/4 ounce 2 times per day for 3 to 5 days. Continue if necessary
